Foundational years determine children’s lifelong learning trajectory. Children start to broaden their circle of learning by making new connections with their peers and surroundings. Emotional support is crucial throughout this time for them to feel safe and naturally extend their learning. As children grow, they become confident learners and demand challenges in all areas of learning and development. Children enhance their literacy and numeracy skills and are slowly introduced to the basics of science and technology. As children start to get ready for primary grades their attention and concentration faculties becomes our increasing focus, and their learning horizon is extended further to encompass personal safety, environment, sustainability, and various social concepts which prepares them for next stage.
