Unique curriculum

The Mother's Blossoms unique curriculum is developed by a team of professionals with international and local education research and teaching background in close collaboration with Integral Education practitioners. The curriculum uniquely combines the intuitive Indian knowledge with the latest international education research. The ever-evolving curriculum at The Mother's Blossoms is an amalgamation of the following implemented in Indian context:

The curriculum is delivered through methodologies such as play based learning, intentional teaching and child led teaching methodologies, which are based on latest education research accepted internationally and adopted in world leading and excelling education settings.

Our curriculum is interlinked across domains of learning for children to be able to seamlessly extend and use their learnings across subjects and base the overall understanding on real life applicability.

Development of Core Qualities

Focus on imbibing core qualities such as confidence, self-esteem, cheerfulness, respect for others, pride in their origin, respect for own and other's privacy, courage, concentration, discipline, gratitude, humility, curiosity, love for lifelong learning, pride and respect for their nation and culture, ethics, manners, and etiquette.

Learning Environment

An open and fearless learning environment that encourages questioning, ignites curiosity, balances child and teacher led learning, continuously challenges children, and develops a love for lifelong learning.

Assessments

Regular formative assessments instead of traditional summative approach. Observation (including written notes, photos, videos, etc) is our tool to assess children's learning and progress, which gives a clearer and early indication for the development approach to adopt per child. Observations are also made available to parents to best support children's development. At the end of each year, we provide an all-encompassing child development portfolio, across various aspects of development such as cognitive, physical, social, and emotional.

Teachers

Teacher quality and stability is one of our primary focus areas, as they play a crucial role in children's development in this approach of teaching. We take extra effort to appoint, retain and nurture the best teachers.
